Dashboard analytics

Configurable tracking
Admins can enable or disable message, command, retention, and voice tracking, and exclude specific channels or roles.
Discord chart commands
/insights renders overview, activity, commands, growth, and best-times chart
attachments for members with Manage Server.
Profile chart attachments
/profile can include message and voice activity charts when those tracking
toggles are enabled.

How it works
Admins choose tracking scope
Staff enable the tracking categories they want and add ignored channels or roles for activity that should not count.
Nox records eligible activity
Message, voice, join, leave, and successful command events update daily or hourly rollups when the relevant toggle is enabled.
Dashboard reads rollups
The Insights page reads pre-aggregated dashboard data for the selected range instead of scanning raw Discord history.
Discord commands render charts
/insights and /profile render chart images from the stored data and
attach them to Discord replies.
Setup checklist
Enable only the tracking categories you want to collect.
Add ignored channels for staff, bot, private, or off-topic areas that should not affect charts.
Add ignored roles for users whose activity should be excluded.
Confirm
/insightsusers have Manage Server and that Nox can respond with chart attachments.
Important notes
Insights does not scan historical Discord messages or voice history. It charts activity Nox records after tracking is enabled.
Voice sessions are best effort. If the bot misses a leave event or the session expires, that interval is not rebuilt.
/profilecan show message and voice charts, but command usage is not shown on profile charts.There are no persistent Discord insight messages, scheduled digests, buttons, modals, select menus, public feeds, or webhooks.
Command tracking records successful command completions; disabled command tracking lets commands continue without analytics writes.
Troubleshooting
Charts look empty
Confirm the relevant tracking toggle was enabled before the activity happened, and check ignored channels and roles.
Voice time is missing
Voice tracking depends on observed voice-state transitions. Missed leave events or expired sessions cannot be reconstructed.
/insights failed to reply
Confirm the actor has Manage Server, then check chart rendering and Discord interaction reply permissions. Retry once the underlying issue is fixed.
